We are delighted to ship our plants to gardeners across the globe (excluding Asia and a few select remote regions). We handle every order with the utmost care to ensure your plants begin their journey to you in perfect health.

Order Processing

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare your order for shipment. Each plant is individually inspected and packaged by our expert team before it leaves our nursery.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines

We offer two reliable shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Your order will typically arrive within 10-15 business days after it is dispatched from our facility.
  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders over £50. Shipped via EMS. Your order will typically arrive within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note: All delivery timelines are estimates and may be subject to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or weather conditions.

Our Returns & Exchanges Promise

Your peace of mind is our priority. We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the plant must be in its original, saleable condition with a healthy and intact root system.

Important Note on Final Sale Items:

Due to their highly specialised and delicate nature, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for Exotic Plants and Hanging Basket Plants (which often contain exotic varieties) unless they arrive significantly damaged due to a shipping error on our part. This policy is in place to ensure the survival and integrity of these unique plants.

We cannot accept returns for plants that have perished due to improper care or conditions after delivery.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please follow this simple process:

  1. Contact Us: Email our dedicated customer support team at [email protected] within the 15-day window to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. Please include your order number and details about the item. We cannot process returns without an RMA number.
  2. Pack the Item: Carefully repackage the plant in its original packaging, ensuring it is secure for transit. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your RMA number and full name.
  3. Ship the Package: Mail the return package to the address provided in your RMA email. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item shipped).
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the item within 3-5 business days. We will then notify you via email regarding the status of your refund or the shipment of your exchange item.

Refund Timelines & Methods

Upon approval of your return:

  • Your refund will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • The original cost of shipping is non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you are exchanging an item for a different plant or variety, the value of the returned item will be credited to your account. You will be responsible for any price difference and the shipping cost for the new item.
