Let this collection of specially selected lavender varieties fill your garden with their beguiling perfume. The delicate flowers, carried on stiff stems in summer, attract bees and other insects. Cut some lavender flowers for a wonderful scented posy, or dry them for a bowl of home-made pot pourri. Perfect for fragrant path edges, patio containers and borders. Supplied as 40mm plugs.

- Lavender Little Lady – Smaller than her cousins but no less fragrant. Produces masses of light blue flowers all summer. Height and spread: 35cm (14″).
- Lavender Kew Red – A superb variety of lavender with bold cherry flowers topped with pink ears. Height and spread: 60cm (24″).
- Lavender Papillon – Grey green foliage topped with rounded lilac-purple bracts. Height and spread: 60cm (24″).

15 Plug Plants (5 Of Each Variety) (V11796)
Pot up plugs into 11cm pots and grow them on until large enough to plant outside in their final positions. Plant outside in a sunny site on free draining soil. Lavender particularly dislikes wet ground during winter months so incorporate plenty of coarse grit or sharp sand when planting on heavy clay soils. When growing lavender in patio containers, use a well drained soil based compost such as John Innes No. 3. Water well and position in full sun
Feed and water until plants are established. Once established, lavender plants are reasonably drought tolerant and will seldom require attention. Prune Lavender stems back to two buds immediately after flowering to promote bushy growth and a multitude of flowers the following year. New growth can be lightly shaped in March if necessary.
